Look like something wrong with qmail itself. Try reinstall with 'yum reinstall *-toaster' and then 'sh /script/fixmail-all; sh /script/restart-mail -y'.

Vpopmail don't know mysql root password. Run 'sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password YOURPASS' and then run again 'sh /script/fixmail-all; sh /script/restart-mail -y'.

You mean still appear 'Error 1045 (28000): Access denied...' if runninf fixmail-all?.

Create new customer and then 'change owner' this website to new customer. After that, try add new mail account.

it also doesn't help

but I noticed that the mailbox is not created with the name "amney" if you write something else , it seems all is well
