Updated bind Mustafa was the repo so it must fix a bind because it does not work.

To fix the problem, run the command:
'rndc-confgen -a -c /etc/rndc.key'
Then, change the file:
'/etc/sysconfig/named'
The line:
'ROOTDIR=/var/named/chroot/'
to:
'#ROOTDIR=/var/named/chroot/'
Restart the service:
'/sbin/service named restart'
I finished it should work.
