Error ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE Kloxo MR

When you upload a file ZIP, from the file manager . Kloxo MP 7.0 gives an error ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. Only helps to reboot the server .

1. Don't upload huge size file (let say 100MB+)
2. Don't use space for filename (like 'my data.zip')
3. Don't use uppercase for fileextension (like 'data.ZIP').

For huge size file, better use ftp instead file manager.

I'm trying to upload the file SQL 200MB in size, using PhpMyAdmin no mistake there is no data received ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE, what to do?

As overload Kloxo without overloading the server ? To get rid of ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE?

Try upload data to /tmp using ftp and then using import in phpmyadmin.
