Email issues after upgrade from official to Kloxo-MR

Hi all
After reading some news about Kloxo vulnerabilities, I've updated my VPS (Centos 5.10 OpenVZ@ramnode) to Kloxo-MR.
Spent quite some time fixing things after upgrade, but think it was worth doing it, thanks for all the work that has been put into it.
Big problem I still have is with emails and I did find some posts about similar issues, but could not fix it.
Here is what I can see is wrong/not working:

1. There is no new emails coming in the hosted domains. courrier-imap seems to be installed, but not running
Sysinfo returns:
   Qmail: qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.38.mr.el5
      - with: courier-imap-toaster-4.1.2-1.3.16.mr.el5
but
service courier-imap restart
courier-imap: unrecognized service

There is no courier-imap in the listed services in admin->server->services

2. If I try to create new mail account, I am getting error: "Alert: mailaccount_add_failed"
3. If I try to delete old email on one of the mail accounts (from roundcube), I get
Server Error: CREATE: Invalid mailbox name.
4. Sending emails works fine from roundcube

I would really appreciate help with this as emails is quite important on one of the domains affected.

Different with Kloxo, Kloxo-MR using qmail-toaster instead 'special' qmail (let say as qmail-lxcenter).

For restart qmail in Kloxo-MR, run 'sh /script/restart-mail' or 'service qmail restart' or 'qmailctl restart'.

In qmail-toaster, all mail services integrated in 1 services (let say as 'qmail').

Thanks Mustafa. Restart did not help, I've also tried sh /script/fix-chownchmod; sh /script/fixmail-all but still have a problem.
In /var/log/kloxo/maillog I have something that does not look good:

Can it be dns problem? Not sure where to go from here...

Now I am getting:

and that line is:

Thanks, I did. And then I saw this: http://forum.mratwork.com/kloxo-mr-bugs-and-requests/new-spamdyke-problems/ and now I can see incoming mail in the queue! (admin->web mail->Mail queue)
But I still cannot make it go to the account so nothing shows up in roundcube...

This should be for outgoing email, right? I can send fine, mail comes fine, but stuck (incoming only) in the queue.
Can it be something with mysql or file system?

It is delivery 2: deferral: Uh-oh:_.qmail_has_prog_delivery_but_has_x_bit_set._(#4.7.0)/ in /var/log/kloxo/maillog
I did some reading and done chmod 644 on all the .qmail files, so now find . -name .qmail | xargs ls -trla
returns all .qmail files as -rw-r--r--
Rebooted, but on new mail still get Uh-oh:_.qmail_has_prog_delivery_but_has_x_bit_set._(#4.7.0)/
Inside .qmail is | /var/qmail/bin/preline maildrop /home/lxadmin/mail/domains/domain.com/test/.maildroprc
What would be the correct permissions for .maildroprc?

Yes, I did. But still have same thing happening...
Only issue when I run it was:
Preparing Horde database
- Fix MySQL commands in import files of Horde
cp: cannot stat `/home/kloxo/httpd/webmail/horde/scripts/sql/horde_groupware.mysql.sql': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat `/home/kloxo/httpd/webmail/horde/config/horde_conf.php': No such file or directory

but I am not using horde anyway.
Again, when sending email, everything works fine, mail is delivered from my host and I can see it in Sent in roundcube.
Is there any way to "test" maildrop, looks like that might be a problem...

Horde already remove from repo because many bugs and project already stop.

If you update from Kloxo, delete /home/kloxo/httpd/webmail/horde directory.

For update from Kloxo, run 'sh /script/convert-to-qmailtoaster'. It's possible conflict between qmail-lxcenter and qmail-toaster.

I did this too. Had to run sh /script/convert-to-qmailtoaster --force as noforce would just return "Mail server already use qmail-toaster".
Still getting these Uh-oh:_.qmail_has_prog_delivery_but_has_x_bit_set._(#4.7.0)/ !$#^$! messages...
