Each time you create a new domain, it is necessary to restart the machine,this domain became available.
How to fix it?

Kloxo-MR will create restart queue in create domain process. To force it, run 'sh /script/restart-dns -y; sh /script/restart-web -y' in ssh or in 'command center' in panel.

For awhile, delete all files inside /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/etc/process until next update.
