Custom FPM conf

Hi,
i've tried to setup a custom.user1.conf in /etc/php-fpm.d/ but looks like it's deleted when /scripts/fixweb is run.
Is custom conf file for PHP-FPM supported?

Yes, you must customize with copy php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl to custom.php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl inside /home/php-fpm/tpl and then modified this custom file. After that, run fixweb and restart-web.

It looks like this will make changes to all the pools under /etc/php-fpm.d/<pool>.conf.
How can i have a custom php-fpm conf for only one of the pool? For instance i'd like to load ioncube just for chosen domains, not for all domains using global php.ini. Is this possible?

Template using inline-php and that mean you php code inside template.
