Could not open database connection after upgrade

I tried to upgrade from v6.5.0.c.2013031301 to final version by below steps:

# cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
# wget https://github.com/mustafaramadhan/kloxo/raw/release/kloxo-mr.repo --no-check-certificate
# cd /
# yum install kloxomr
# sh /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/install/setup.shThen I tried to run 'sh /script/cleanup' but it stops in this part:

Preparing RoundCube database
- Mysql root password incorrect(In this step I had able access to Kloxo-MR panel)

Then I retry 'sh /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/install/setup.sh'
Now when I try 'sh /script/cleanup' or access to Kloxo-MR panel bellow error appeared:

Could not open database connection.Also I have tried bellows:

# sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password xxxxxxxx
Stopping mysqld: [ OK ]
Starting mysqld: [ OK ]
Password unsuccessfully reset

# sh /script/fix-program-mysql xxxxxxxx
grant all on kloxo.* to kloxo@localhost identified by 'xxxxxxxxxx'

If you have a problem with access to webmail, use 'sh /script/fixmail-all' instead other script.

I hve problem with access to kloxo-mr panel and all with "Could not open database connection." error!

Emergency:

Until you find solution of this issue and I get access to kloxo-mr control panel again, If possible please give SSH code suggestion instead this instruction for solve 500 Internal Server Error on secondary php after every kloxo-mr upgrade.
