Support not mean your ssl file already in TLSv1 format. Try re-issue/re-create ssl file.

If plesk configure 'style' for ssl work in Kloxo-MR, go ahead to use it. I am not using plesk 'style' because I think low secure.

i tested on cpanel with comodo same ssl certs it works good so some problem with kloxo only..l

Your info is help to me with just tell 'i tested on cpanel with comodo same ssl certs it works good' without given info about their domain configure for webserver.

i have applied for SSL and got from there, but after installing it on my DOMAIN KLOXO MR panel,  m not seeing it working.
pls help me.

Try combine all ssl files from ComodoSSL as .ca file.
