cant create user account on kloxo MR

Today i have fresh installed kloxo MR on centos 6 32 bit .

When i am trying to create account on kloxo mr i are getting  Alert: could_not_create_user [username] this error .

Please help me to solve this issue .

It's possible something missing. Try reinstall Kloxo-MR.

I have this problem too, about 4 client created before, but now I got this error!

What is the problem ?

I can not re-install kloxo-mr that all my customizing in php.ini and nginx will be lost  :(

If you already reinstall qmail-toaster with 'yum reinstall *-toaster', try restart qmail.

If still have a problem, try change owner to 'dummy' customer and then change owner back to original.

If you implementing customizing php.ini and nginx WITHOUT 'custom rule', better backup their config first.
