Help me my kloxo is not full to backup home my server to ftp backup.

2 possibilities:

1. Something wrong with backup process, and or
2. Something wrong with remote ftp

Try backup without remote ftp and then find out backup file size.

aha... the backup file size is 106.1M but in my ftp backup is just 0byte, so what must i do?

Mr Mustafa, on FTP server is there like this Specifications:

The following commands are allowed:

ABOR, ACCT, APPE, CDUP, CWD, DELE, FEAT, LIST, MDTM, MKD, MODE, NLIST, NOOP, PASS, PASV, PORT, PWD, QUIT, RETR (only argument), REST, RNFR, RNTO, RMD , SITE, SIZE, SMNT, STAT, STOR, SYST, TYPE, USER, XCUP, XCWD, XMKD, XPWD, XRMD.

The structured data transfer are not implemented.

So, something wrong with your remote ftp.

If your remote ftp have different port, in KLoxo-MR panel you can add 'ftp://<ipordomain>:<port>/'

Mr. Mustafa, there is no different port on ftp, it was use normal port

Command for ftp look like normal. Have you test from ftp client to access to remote ftp?.

Try 'sh /script/restart-all' and then try backup to remote again.

Done! i have put the default port on ftp configuration (example: ftp://<ipordomain>:21) and its done perfect!
