Backup empty

since yesterday ,
all my backup only contains :

kloxo.file
kloxo.metadata

nothing else

in /usr /local /lxlabs /kloxo /serverfile / tmp   
i have a admin temp file
if i download the file and rename it has tgz it only contain all dir and file of the /home/admin
no sql nothing ?

look like kloxo refuse to create the tgz file with all the information in the  /home /kloxo /client /admin / __backup   
how to fix

Are you setup 'ftp configuration' for backup?. It's maybe your database(s) are corrupt.

Try 'sh /script/mysql-optimize --select=repair'.

sh /script/mysql-optimize --select=repair

everything back on top !

I think it's the same issue (database corrupt). Maybe related to bad-sector in HDD.

his it possible tha a cronjob that update a table every 2 minute can cause that ?

because the where set aproxx has the problem appear ?

woocomerce ! one it's a trigger(every 15 minute) to call a csv then there a processing (every 2 minute) to transform the csv into item into the woocommerce database !
i'll try changing the cron job between daily hour and create a backup at night but just before all make a sh /script/ fix the db into a cron job ! i'll give you new's on that !

i exucute the cron job on previous post and backup fail again

his there a command line to backup individual thing
home folder
mysql
ftp config
mail config
it can be in tgz or whatever ? in a tmp folder
or just another serveur kloxo with a rsync fonction !
please help me with this situation because it's getting ridiculous
even if a provide cronjob link wil only tell 'job done '
i don't know what's happenning
but  a rsync off the server will be great ! or something like that !
