apache error

how can i fix this error

Did you run 'sh /script/cleanup; sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web'?.

new problem af ter that
/script/restart-all: line 23: /etc/init.d/httpd: Permission denied

even i tried this same error
Try running 'sh /script/fix-chownchmod' and 'sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web'.
