An warning message

Hello

When I'm restarting apache by command 'service httpd restart' an waring message appearing saying

Starting httpd: WARNING: MaxClients of 1500 would require 60 servers,
 and would exceed the ServerLimit value of 16.
 Automatically lowering MaxClients to 400.  To increase,
 please see the ServerLimit directive.


Please let me know how can I solve this.

Inform here your 'sh /script/sysinfo'. If using except mod_php_ruid2/_itk, better select 'default' instead 'optimize' in 'apache optimize' at 'webserver config'.
