Always get 500 Internal Server error, and Guru Meditation in my server

Hello

I use drupal sites, and i read all of the topics in here, and in the internet. This is my last chance. When my drupal site enter a high loading procedure (save views, or enable/disable many modules, etc...) Always get 500 internal server error. I want to use installatron, for another of my sites, but i have got 500 internal server error before it has finished the configurating, and installing procedure. It  is very strange, but i dont know what is the problem.

And when i have clicked the phpinfo under the domain section it has an error:

The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.

I use: nginxproxy varnish cache and bind
Webserver:  PHP53u_ with php-fpm_worker (and enabled the php 5.2 as secondary PHP
MySQL: Innodb

It is very hard to use, and i read all of the topic in the internet about that.

I write here my error logs, but i think that problem what i have not recorded in the server log (or maybe it is a bug and not a problem?). I dont know how could it happen, but every time when i got the error, i dont see informations about the error in the logs...

Try change php-branch to php54. There are something wrong with latest version of php53u from IUS.

I have got a new error in my drupal site! What is it?


I have raised the max_allowed_packet to 800M and wait_timeout to 6000 and restart, but my drupal site not working... That is a new error!

It's drupal issue rather than php problem.

Go to drupal website and investigate drupal's specification.

It is something else, because my mails are not working too... The mysql "locked".
Anyway i have error all of my mails, and other services... I tried all the solution to fix that 500 internal server error... Please help me, because you are my last hope!

Certain website work perfectly (like cas**web) but others are errors.

Look like something wrong with drupal (and or their setting).
