After reboot -> Kloxo-MR panel = all froozen - 100% CPU load

After reboot when I accessed Kloxo-MR panel 100% CPU load  and everything its froozen , not even 'service kloxo restart' didnt work on SSH http://postimg.org/image/75khxw49j/ . I need it to restart server again and all went back to normal. Can this have to do anything with the fact that I copy it 'php.ini.tpl' from '/home/phpini/tpl' to the same folder but with name 'custom.php.ini.tpl' ?

Not every issue you can blame to Kloxo-MR. Kloxo-MR just 'management' to handle how some services work in context hosting.

In your case look like related to qmail as mail server.
