Adding domains kloxo just thinks

I figured I would start a new thread as the last one was fixed.

It seems when I add a domain in kloxo the software only thinks. I get the email it was added, but I check the admin panel and it's not there, sometimes it does create the folder but nothing for the apache domain.

If I add a new domain for the same site, it will make the symlink and over-write the index.html file.

This has happened since I did the upgrade two weeks ago, we got the email fixed and the ssl certs re installed but I need to fix this as I have a client that want's to use their new domain.

I've been trying different things the last few days and no change.

Try 'killall -9 php-fpm; sh /script/restart-all'.

Same as before, just thinks. There was no log update as far as I can tell.

I did try to downgrade to an earlier version that I had before but that did nothing. I also update to the newest one as well.

I am lost.

Try update with 'yum clean all; yum update; sh /script/cleanup; sh /script/restart-all'.

I let it sit for about 10-15 minutes and still just thinks. Is there a certain error log I should paste?

So now I am getting an email saying the domain was added but I look in the list and nothing is there.

I have done as much as I can trying to find a solution as to why I can't add a domain. If anyone could give me an idea where I may look that I am missing it would be most helpful.

Different thing related to php-fpm is only add some parameters in php-fpm config (it's importance because security issue).

So, try to use fcgid and then compare to php-fpm in php-type.

i was using fcgid_event, should I switch to php-fpm_event, or use worker?

ok everything I tried didn't work. I ended up downgraading back to 2013 and I could finally add a domain. No idea whats going on but it's in a recent update.

If your php is latest version (let say php53u-5.3.28), you need update Kloxo-MR first with 'yum clean all; yum update kloxomr' and then running 'sh /script/cleanup'.
