32 vs 64

Hello

Should I go with CentOS 64 or 32? I've heard that kloxo mr works better on 64 bit, is this true?
Also I only have 512 mb RAM, would that be enough ?

64bit use more memory rather than 32bit (also HDD space). In dev perspective, 64bit more complex.

If you have memory more than 4GB, better using 64bit because 32bit only know 4GB RAM (with PAE kernel possible know 12GB).
