1 Client not receiving e-mails

One of registered clients do not receive e-mails, even if I delete old ones and create with the same name o a different one.
How to find the problem?

Email related to domain. Try 'change owner' of this domain from current user to another user.

Just 'change owner' again.

The purpose for 'change owner' to find the problem related to domain or client.

No changes, changed the owner to a user with admin rights - no changes, and back to the client - same thing.

Inverstigate 'mail queue' and 'log manager' to find out this issue.

'mail queue' stocks the messages that should get to the mailboxes but none of them reach their destinations
'logs' not saying a thing
