***SPAM*** tag showing on all incoming mail

I have Kloxo-MR installed on my Centos 6 vps with Nginx as webserver.

I noticed that all mail in my inbox has the following spam tag: ***SPAM*** appended to each mail in my http://www.mydomain.com/wmail account. See attachment.

Could someone tell me why this is happening? My vps provider has anti-DDOS attack software and other security measures in place.

Increasing value to 8 in Spam settings.
