You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
[root@server1 ~]#

Any ideas to fix this..?

You must use the same branch (php54 with php54) or minimal with the same version. So, try 'yum install php54-gd' instead 'yum install php-gd'. If you select 'php54m' in 'php used' in 'webserver configure', phpXY-gd already installed.

So weird.. I don't know why php54m in "PHP Used" can be changed without cause into --Use PHP Branch--
OK, I've switched to php54m back, then run 'yum install php54-gd' with successful. Problem solved, thank you..!

Because if 'php branch' updated and then php-fpm init will be overwrited and why 'php used' become 'php branch'.
