wp plugins can not find nice, tar, jpegtran, optipng, gifsicle

why ?

all permalinks + rewriterules all works

i can set Use System Paths or install in plugin Path

all not find

why find in old version  but in new version not ?

In standard php, plugin ini declare in /etc/php.d and plugin install in /usr/lib/php/modules (in /usr/lib64/php/module for 64bit OS). Standard php to know where modules place with 'extension_dir' in /etc/php.ini. If no declare (or empty), php will be search with certain 'rule'.

Fortunely, in latest update of 6.5.1.b, /etc/php.ini already add 'extension_dir'. So, standard php will no confuse where to find out modules.

You can not install Kloxo-MR, backup and etcetera without 'tar' in your system. So, if your wp plugin not able detect 'tar' that mean 'false positive' (think doesn't exists but exists). That it.

Nothing wrong with your php. Your issue is blank page or just certain plugin not work?.

In latest version, certain parameter in php.ini already disabled with add ';' in from on parameter declare.

Have many reasons for this purpose:
1. Prepare for real 'multiple php'
2. Any security reason
3. Compatibility between version.

For your situasion, try running 'sh /script/fixphp; sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart'.
