No webmail

As the client, i've chosen Apache for web and  Roundcube as the webmail application, but netstat -tapn |egrep '(:80|:443)' returns nothing, hence nothing on webmail.mydomain.com neither 
Using Nginx, netstat shows it's listening on ports 80 and 443, but i see from the log:
2014/01/26 20:38:40 [warn] 9286#0: *1 using uninitialized "domain" variable, client: 109.201.134.17, server: mydomain.com, request: "HEAD / HTTP/1.1", host: "webmail.mydomain.com"

Any ways to get webmail working at all?

Go to 'switch program' and then change to lighttpd and then change back to apache on 'web'. The same trick for 'php-type' in 'webserver config'.

Yes, i got this working last night after playing around with different settings, Apache/Hiawatha/Nginx, but only Apache worked.
Also, using Apache with PHP-FPM, it's serving the PHP files as plain text files to the client. Nginx as the web server complains about the uninitialized "domain" variable. I have not tested any cache yet (Varnish etc)

What i hoped to get working with Kloxo-MR is Nginx proxy -> Apache/PHP-FPM, which will be good performance wise for a production server and this setup isn't supported by cPanel.
Is there plans for support of  Nginx proxy -> Apache/PHP-FPM? Also, can you fix Apache + PHP-FPM for now?

I didn't found like your issue.

To make sure all running well, after change web server (also other features), run 'sh /script/fix-all; sh /script/restart-all'. If something wrong, you will see error/warning/alert. That it.

This forum hosting in VPS with KLoxo-MR 6.5.1.a with hiawatha-proxy webserver, NSD dns server, php53u branch and php-fpm_event php-type. Other server using nginx-proxy.

I've run sh /script/fix-all; sh /script/restart-all and now i got it working with Hiawatha reverse proxy and Apache as the web server.
Wonderful! Looks like cPanel's end time is getting closer on my production server.
