Mail in the mail queue

Just went to Basic-> Mail Queue and found 3 email there.
Are those not sent to the recipients and why are they there?

My email communication to my clients is critical as well as the email clients are sending through this server.

Is this a bug?

In certain times, Kloxo-MR try to send mail. Wait until 2x24 hours.

Those are from 23.05.2014. Should i try a flush from the menu?

EDIT: tried to flush and got 'Post token not match or using get instead post'  ???
