Customize php54m.ini

I need to keep changes in /opt/php54m/custom/php54m.ini after upgrade/fixweb etc. I've tried with both custom.php54m.ini and custom-php54m.ini, but they aren't read after a restart of php-fpm service. Is there way to customize that file?

First of all, expose_php = Off on line 19 & 50. Possibly i'd need to change the following values in the near future:
upload_max_filesize = 16M
max_execution_time = 180
max_input_time = 180
memory_limit = 64M
post_max_size = 32M

Can these be changed on per-client basis?

Remember this modified not appear in php.ini but in php-fpm config inside '/etc/php-fpm.d' (if using php-fpm) or inside '/home/kloxo/client/<client>' (for suphp and fcgid).

That's right when using PHP-FPM. Where should the custom PHP-FPM conf for clients be at?
/etc/php-fpm-d/custom.client1.conf?

Ok. So you refer to the files inside /home/php-fpm/tpl/?  How do i create a custom PHP-FPM template for a client <client1>?
Should it be called  /home/php-fpm/tpl/custom.<client1>conf.tpl?
According to http://forum.mratwork.com/kloxo-mr-development/kloxo-mr-template-based-config/ you can only customize
/home/php-fpm/tpl/php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl with custom.php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl.
But that's not  limited to one client.

Modified custom.php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl. Template files are inline-php which that mean use php code.
