[6.5.1.a] New Web Server (Hiawatha)

Since 6.5.1.a-2013092302, Hiawatha already exists. It's still unfinish work.

Still many issue related to 'pure' hiawatha like redirect (http://domain.com/webmail redirect to http://webmail.domain.com/). But, hiawatha-proxy look like ready-to-use.

Now, only 'alias' (like 'alias /cgi-bin') not work in Hiawatha. Redirect, www redirect and others work perfectly.

Remember, hiawatha, varnish and trafficserver only work in 6.5.1 version.

Still upload process for latest 6.5.1.a but look like my internet connection have a trouble.

Remember, Hiawatha use by Kloxo-MR itself (as kloxo-hiawatha in service) and as web server.

Aliases (like 'alias cgi-bin') still not work. It's limitation of Hiawatha. Author of hiawatha suggest use symlink in certain conditions.

Hiawatha already work perfectly. Like other webserver also include 'generic permalink' where able access website with 'http://domain.com/2013/03/testing' instead 'http://domain.com/index.php/2013/03/testing' or 'http://domain.com/index.php?p=40' (example for wordpress).
