I have a problem if using '8.8.8.8' and '8.8.4.4' as nameserver in /etc/resolv.conf. Try using '208.67.222.222' and '208.67.220.220'.

For your issue, try 'yum --rebuilddb' after.

It's seems webalizer is installing postfix. It should be installed after installing qmail-toaster or conflict will occur !
