New SPF options

Can you tell me what they are doing ? They are not described in proper english.

autoip is automatically add IP taken from server's IPs or manually add via 'additional'. In certain situation (server with multiple IPs), need add IP. It's because qmail always use first/primary IP and may trouble with SPF.

Alternatively, in latest qmail-toaster, able to read outgoingips and latest KLoxo-MR automatically create this files (format: 'domain:ip' where ip taken from '__base__ A ip').

Format 'v=spf1 a mx ~all' mean sender IP must be exists in 'A record' or 'MX record' of domain.
