File Manager > Upload > large .rar file breaks KLOXO

Hi!
Recently, I've setup CentOS 6.6 minimal and installed Kloxo on it. Have been testing it for a while to get to know it since I'm new to it. Everything worked just great until I tried to upload an entire website (246MB) in one .rar file via File Manager and I got the "The connection was reset" message immediately. The Kloxo became unresponsive for some 10-15 minutes and I logged in again.
Does anyone know what could be the problem? My php limits are set to 1280MB.

Increasing 'Post Max Size' and 'Upload File Max Size' but stay 'Memory Limit' to default (128 MB).

But, how long for upload process until broke?.

It breaks immediately. After some 10 or 15min everything starts working again.. I can printscreen it or send you some log file but I'm not sure if it logs anything since it breaks right away.

edit: I tried to set Memory Limit back to 128MB but it broke again.

I tried in Kloxo-MR 7.0.0 and select 'simplicity' skin as theme and no issue related to upload file.

I'm using Kloxo-MR 7.0.0.b-2015011402 but I use feather theme. Now I switched to simplicity and the problem is still there. It just opens http://[serverip:port]/display.php and gives me "This webpage is not available" and after 10-15 mins starts working again. Could it be some issue with permissions? When I installed CentOS, I did some basic hardening. Changing SSH and FTP ports, disabling ROOT and so on..
CentOS version is 6.6

Try using ftp.

FTP works, even when Kloxo is unresponsive. I have no problem with file upload not working but if any client tries to use it, they could crush Kloxo. So basically, every client is a potential threat to my Kloxo installation. That's what I'm worried about.
