Error 404 - Not Found

Hi, I created a new client, and from that client I put new DNS (rubenjairo.tk). I upload my files through ftp to the folder of the new domain, but when I try to see the site in the browser, I see a 404 error:
Error 404 - Not Found The requested page could not be found but may be available again in the future.

I really not understand what is the problem, i need your help please.
