Domains are added slowly again

This seems to be related to latest changes.

It was working very fast before and now adding one domain can take up 20 seconds. Also /script/fixweb is very slow.

By downgrading php your luck to have less patience may increase!

I use php53s and it was working fine before.

Look like it's related to mysql instead php53s itself. I found innodb slower than myisam. If using myisam or aria as storage-engine, better try add 'skip-innodb'.
