Backup and Scavenge Time Off

I have 'Scavenge Time' set to 4am and backups are done at 11pm instead. I believe stats are not being updated at the correct time either. This is happening on Kloxo MR 6.5.1x and never occurred with 6.5.0x.

Are KloxoMR 6.5.1x backups dependable if I need to restore in the future? Is there a way to resolve the scavenge time problem or is this bug being fixed?

For backup issue, update your Kloxo-MR 6.5.1 to 2014041303 and then run 'sh /script/phpm-config-setup php53s' (this script fix issue related to memory limit for php53s).

That doesn't fix the time problem. If Scavenge time is set for 4AM it actually runs backups at 11PM instead.
