This script made my powerdns database to be 336 MB in records table ...

That's why it works so slow.

My DNS table in Kloxo database is now 1,3 GB !

Now I have to clear dns table inside Kloxo database and rebuild it. Is it possible ?

Database DNS database cleared. All DNS entries are now gone but system is working fine.

Now with a simple query I will remove all incorrect DMARC entries from all PowerDNS databases.

I see these DMARC entries are not inside pdns database. So they were in Kloxo database ?

SPF, DomainKeys exists. They will have to be rebuild too with /script/fixdomainkeys.

This script is also slowing down Kloxo:

I'm almost there with manual DNS rebuilding for each customer (rebuilding template for all customer domains).

Fixdns possible with '--client='. Try 'sh /script/fixdns --help' to know more options.

All customers were rebuild manually. Then I've runned /script/fixdomainkeys, then I've added secondary server in Kloxo database (only localhost were as syncserver), then I've cleared slave's powerdns database and now running /script/fixdns which will solve all problems and rebuild slave from scratch.
