I got an [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try anymore while updating with yum.

This is a bug in yum.

I changed in /etc/yum.conf and it did not give the error:

http_caching=none

May be this was a coincidence.

Better 'http_caching=packages' instead 'httpd_caching=none'.
