web features tidak berfungsi samasekali

baru saja iseng2 cek header lewat securityheaders.io
hasilnya grade web saya yg ada di kloxomr adalah F

penyebabnya, menu 'Web Features' yang samasekali tidak bekerja
koten "General Header" dan "HTTPS Header" tidak ditulis ke virtualhost

sudah jalankan 'sh/script/fixweb -y ; 'sh /script/restart-web -y' tetap tidak bekerja
tidak ada perubahan di virtualhost /opt/configs/apache/conf/domains/namadomain.com.conf
artinya, input di  "General Header" dan "HTTPS Header" samasekali tidak dimasukkan ke setting virtualhost

Coba hapus semua isian 'General Header' dan 'HTTPS Header' yang berakibat Kloxo-MR akan mengembalikan ke nilai default.

saya coba hapus semua isinya, setelah di klik 'update', tetap tidak bisa kosong
coba input lagi tidak bisa pak, isi 'General Header' dan 'HTTPS Header'  tetap tidak diinput ke apache config

tidak bisa pak
entry tersebut tidak ditulis ke config virtualhost /opt/configs/apache/conf/domains/my.hostmikro.com.conf
bahkan setelah saya jalankan 'sh /script/fixweb -y; sh /script/restart-web -y' tetap entry tersebut tidak ada

berarti benar ya pak kalo kloxomr gagal menulis entry 'General Header' dan 'HTTPS Header' dari web features ke virtualhost
