Mohon bantuannya kepada para senior

Saya sudah install The Hosting Tool
1. Server sudah saya test running ==> Connected to the server successfully!
    status
    Server OS:    Linux server 2.6.32-504.12.2.el6.i686 #1 SMP Wed Mar 11 19:05:53 UTC 2015 i686
    Server Software:    Apache/2.2.29 (CentOS)
    PHP Version:    5.4.39 (PHPInfo)
    MySQL Version:

    10.0.17-MariaDB

2. Setelah itu saya membuat packet untuk testing
    Name : test
    Backend : test___client-admin
    Description : Disk Space 1 GB
    Type : Paid
    Server : xxxx
    Admin Validation : V
    Reseller  : V

tapi setelah saya coba untuk order pada
Step 5 - Create Account muncul
An error has occurred. Please inform your system administrator.

Username yang dipakai apa?. Admin atau 'auxiliary login'?. Coba pakai 'auxiliary login'.

untuk login http://domain.xxx/billing/admin pada admin area tidak memkaia username admin.

Step 5 Eror terjadi ketika Client Baru melakukan Order Package

auxiliary login itu seperti apa pak contohnya ?

http://domain.xxx/billing/order/ step 3 - Client account sudah saya samakan dengan auxiliary login tapi hasilnya tetap sama.

apakah ada pengaruhnya dengan eror yang tertera pada The Hosting Tool

Yang perlu 'aux' hanya admin. Error itu cuma semacam link ke mereka yang setting tidak pas.

admin disini apakah sama dengan Staff Accounts yang ada di The Hosting Tool ?

Maksud saya, username untuk connect ke Kloxo-MR harus 'auxiliary login' dan bukan 'admin'.

Pak kalau menambahkan Package dari The Hosting Tool apakah akan secara otomatis bertambah di Resource Plan Kloxo-MR ?

Apa sebaliknya The Hosting Tool harus menyesuaikan package yang ada di Resource Plan Kloxo-MR ?

Rasanya tidak. Jadi 'package' di THT tidak sama dengan 'resource plan' di Kloxo-MR.

pak tadi saya install ulang The Hosting Tool 1.2.6 muncul eror

Waduh, anda tidak pakai module untuk kloxo?. Mestinya di /include/server akan ada kloxo.php

Tunggu saja update KLoxo-MR 7.0 dimana tht bisa diinstall dan tampil di cp.domain.com. Saya baru buat script agar tht tinggal pakai.
