Selamat sore, saya mau menanyakan perihal Roundcube DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!. Saya sudah coba

sh /script/fixwebmailsh, sh /script/fixmail-all & /script/cleanup

Kemudian ganti password root mysql

sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password password

Lalu

sh /script/restart-services

Tapi masih tidak bisa. Kira-kira apa yang salah ya? Mohon bantuannya.
