Penyebabnya adalah space HDD sudah habis sehingga ada rpms yang gagal install (dalam hal ini MariaDB-server). Anda bisa lihat dengan 'df -h'

Tidak ada yang bisa dilakukan jika urusannya space HDD sudah tidak lagi. Harus ada yang file dihapus.
