LBSNAA stands for Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration. This is India’s premier institution dedicated to training officers of the country’s higher civil services.
LBSNAA also conducts in-service and Mid-Career Training Programmes (MCTPs) for members of the IAS and Induction Training Programme for officers promoted to the IAS from State Civil Services.
