How do I speak to Frontier customer service?

Don't know what to do as you do multiple web searches to know procedure to contact frontier airlines customer service and you found with many phone number on internet which claim to contact Frontier representative team and several time you follow the procedure given out there but remain unsuccessful because of high traffic of incoming calls from multiple passenger and even sometimes you get connected you found phone call goes on hold and doubt related to If I have a round trip So still i need to show every-time current Negative RT-PCR report?,Can I show Rapid Negative Antigen test report in place of RT-PCR report? will it be valid or not? and looking for  how do I get a human at Frontier Airlines ?
