Listening IVR instruction on when trying to reach Southwest Airlines and An automated voice say stay on line "Our customer service representative will shortly join you" but after short duration a phone call gets disconnected and queries remain unanswered related to IF I found COVID-19 Positive during contact tracing and thermal screening So will airline continued my travel journey after 14 days of quarantine period?,Will i need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and fill out an attestation form before boarding. and looking  for how do I speak to a live person at Southwest Airlines?
