Almost everything can be returned to Best Buy within 15 days for a full refund. To make a return, bring the item(s) with all contents, packaging, and receipt to a Best Buy store, and they will process the return or exchange.
Activatable devices such as mobile phones, mobile hotspots, wearable devices and mobile tablets must be returned within 14 days for a full refund. However, there is a $45 restocking fee for all activatable devices (except prepaid phones).
