what's you mean mysql database data?. Other mysql data still exists.

We could not find any mysql back up of databases in the server. Please take the necessary back up by login in to your server and get back to us if you need reinstallation of the OS.

Data lost it? This is the server provider gave me the reply I did not delete any files.

First of all, thank you for your reply, I have asked the service providers to provide backup, but still need to give you a friendly advice. Kloxomr need to develop better, when you update the program need to be more rigorous so as to avoid causing too many problems?You were writing help documentation needed to avoid the user to perform the wrong operation.

Also, you need a sound different versions of kloxo-mr, not force users to upgrade to the latest version. Maybe you need more people to join your team, so as to have a better development.

In term 'kloxo database' that mean 'mysql database' with named as 'kloxo'.

How should I get back mysql database data?

With '-y' just reinstall without destroy data but with '-r' will be delete kloxo database data (no other databases will be destroyed).

Try with '-y' first.

I have implemented the SH /script/upcp -y -r
This command will delete the data in the database ?
There are other ways to rescue my data? I do not have a backup.

If you follow above link and no error when proses update, just running 'sh /script/cleanup'.

# yum clean all
# sh /script/cleanup
# sh /script/update
# sh /script/fix-all
# sh /script/restart-all
Does not solve the problem. Thanks

Have you run 'ym clean all' before 'yum update'?.

My order of operations is such that,

# yum clean all
# yum update
# yum clean all
# sh /script/php53s-install
# yum clean all
# sh /script/php52s-install
# yum clean all
# sh /script/cleanup
# yum clean all
# sh /script/update

My server can not be any updates after I uninstalled php52s, can not install any files, always prompt error. How to solve the problem?

You need to downgrade phpmyadmin to v 4 cause kloxomr use php52

use 'yum downgrade kloxomr-thirdparty-phpmyadmin'
