Permission denied: access to / denied (filesystem path '/home/admin/dropbox') because search permissions are missing on a component of the path

i've run this

chown -R admin /home/admin/dropbox/*; chgrp -R admin /home/admin/dropbox/* ;chmod -R 755 /home/admin/dropbox ; /etc/init.d/httpd restart

drwxr-xr-x 14 admin admin  4096 Apr  6 18:05 dropbox

and still 403 error

when i put nginx it works, dont give 403, but some rewrite rules dont work, but when i select apache (i prefer) dont work and give 403

after adding the domain give 403 forbidden

old problem when i try to install KloxoMR 6.5.1

last time i've solved with the 6.5.0 version

but now i must install 6.5.1 because the 6.5.0 was unable to install becaus of the metadata errors

any help ?

Why file manager in Kloxo says that i dont have any files on /home/admin ?
