the file system is ok, its a migration from on server to a new one and the actual is working fine

run:
sh /script/fix-chownchmod
and
sh /script/fixphp; sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web

still blank page

already done that

on 6.5.0 is all ok on install, no problems on adding domains

on 6.5.1 with the sames steps on the first domain add give 403
