Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / SLAVE IP ADDRESS CHANGE

Hey Everyone, My block of IP addresses were changed this evening and I am hastily trying to get everything back up. I have changed all the IP addresses, but now my master server can't talk to my slave server. How do I correct this? Please help. Thank you!

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / LOAD WARNING Question

Hey guys,

I consistently get load warnings from my slave server in the middle of the night from about 12am to 4am every 5 minutes. Being in the middle of the night makes me think that it could be penetration attempts (or successes).  I only use this server as a MySQL server. Does anyone have any advice or a way I can see what is triggering the load warnings?

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / PhpMyAdmin Error 503

I can't get phpmyadmin to work on the slave server. I keep getting error 503 found. It appears that phpmyadmin got uninstalled during a failed update process until Mustafa had me correct my repos. If I run

'yum downgrade kloxomr-thirdparty-phpmyadmin' or 'yum install kloxomr-thirdparty-phpmyadmin'

I get "no package kloxomr-thirdparty-phpmyadmin available. nothing to do"

Can anyone help me out with this?

yum clean ll

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / DNS not showing TXT records

I can't get TXT records to work when using DJBDNS. No matter what I do the TXT records simply do not work. I need to be able to enter TX records to authenticate Google Aps. Has anyone else had any trouble with this?

One of my servers was recently blacklisted for sending a large amount of spam. I had no idea and don't really know how to stop it. I would really appreciate some pointers on how to eliminate the problem. Is there any way to monitor KLOXO for spam or to see all the email in and out everyday? ...and where it is coming from?

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / IP address issue

I have two NIC's in one server. Each NIC has multiple IP addresses. The problem is that all the IP's on eth0 work fine, but all the ip's on eth1 seemed to be blocked and I can't ping them. They will work if I remove and re-ad them until i run 'sh /script/cleanup' again.



Any thoughts?

Hey everyone,
I have successfully updated one of my single servers to Kloxo-MR and now want to update a master and slave. Does anyone have any experience with updating both? DO I need to update each one individually? Is there anything I should know to avoid problems and data loss?

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / multilog: fatal: unable to switch to current directory: access denied

Hey everyone, I am having a difficult time getting my upgrade from 6.1.12 to work properly. I can get in to the admin, but none of the client's sites work and when I run 'cleanup' it get to the end where it is restarting the services and it starts throwing this error over and over.

Please help and let me know what my next steps should be.
