MR how can i resolve it  i switched from Apache to nginxproxy

i tried all tries what you gave

yum update
- sh /script/upcp
- yum update kloxomr

and

Just running 'sh /script/cleanup' (becuase exist the code for update) or 'Update Home' in panel.

its not updating to new version  is any perfect guide to update or reinstall freshly directly to newer version

my home update show via panel

i had a fresh installation works fine so far , i just installed ssl   i restarted all services ssl works fine too now i can seee my webmail is missing i open webmail,mydomain.com it redirects to my home of site..

i just run a report on dnsstuff.com with my domain name i got 3 warning`s, how can i fix this warns
1.

Nameserver software version   
One or more nameservers responded to version queries. This can be considered a breach of security. If a malicious person or program had access to a version-specific exploit for your DNS server, displaying the version info openly will make their attack much easier. This should be removed or obscured. The nameservers that responded to version queries are:

SOA field check   One
 or more SOA fields are outside recommended ranges. Values that are out of specifications could cause delays in record updates or unnecessary network traffic. The SOA fields out of range are:

expire | 604800 | EXPIRE - RFC1912 suggests a value between 1209600 to 2419200.

SMTP greeting   Malformed greeting or no A records found matching banner text for following servers, and banner is not an address literal. RFC5321 requires one or the other (should not be a CNAME). If this is not set correctly, some mail platforms will reject or delay mail from you, and can cause hard to diagnose issues with deliverability. Mailserver details:
