i mean ruid2 giving error "Starting httpd: /bin/bash: /usr/sbin/httpd: Permission denied"
but fcgid working fine but very slow compared to ruid2.
I want to use ruid2

yes same after restart-all also website not working because httpd stopped
i tried reinstalling httpd and it gave this error

yes httpd was stopped so i ran service httpd restart and it gave this error "Starting httpd: /bin/bash: /usr/sbin/httpd: Permission denied"

one more thing my other vps is using bind and it is showing this message
