sans serif has its own limitation on bold. its the boldest style i have used. further boldest can be done by stroke and faux bold, but it will entirely break the word and don't looks good. so now you can play with it.

Kloxo weight not bold enough and better no/small space for '-' side.

Try with alternative if image in above text.

Don't get this. image in above text means?

What's the reason use 'green' color for text?

just environment friendly.    want other colors? tellme which one you would like.
