Except mod_php (also ruid2 and itk), we don't need more httpd instances.

I've set a script to killall -9 httpd; killall -9 httpd.event, killall -9 clamd, killall -9 freshclam all the time and now it's rebuilding faster, but I still don't see any changes to my original Apache files from 6.1.12...

Engine Innodb for mysql and enable clamav need more ram.

That's correct, but even If I disable InnoDB and stop Clamav RAM usage is very high.

/script/fixweb is starting more and more httpd.event processes which is causing not enough RAM.

/script/fixweb is not rebuilding config for 2000 domains.

I don't think so. Try review /usr/local/lxlabs/ext/php/etc/php.ini and /usr/local/lxlabs/ext/php/error.log

I've added another 1 GB SWAP to my VPS so now running 512 MB RAM + 2 GB SWAP. Maybe this will be enough to pass whole /script/fixweb.

You must ask to Centos, why they are install 64bit and 32bit on 64bit system.

Sadly, other repos only have 64bit version for 64bit system and it's make conflict.

So, you must remove .i386 before update mysql.

In my experience, it's safe if all .i386 remove with 'yum remove *.i386' before fresh install of Kloxo-MR.

I got tons of i386 packages so better not. I've removed only mysql*.i386
