The problem is your setting in domain provider. With intodns, your domain still using 'dns1.registrar-servers.com' and 'dns2.registrar-servers.com' (default from your domain provider).

If your setting is corrent, ns for your domain are 'ns1.azizi.tech' and 'ns2.azizi.tech'.

Check your domain using 'https://intodns.com' to know what's wrong about your domain.

In registrar dns panel, just assign 'child nameserver' (aka 'A record' for nameserver) where 'ns1.yourdom.com' to your VPS IP and 'ns2.yourdom.com' to your VPS IP. And then add 'nameserver' (aka 'NS record') with assign to 'ns1.yourdom.com' and 'ns2.yourdom.com'.

And then, in Kloxo-MR panel, create 'default' dns template. Use this 'default' dns template for create your 'yourdom.com'

Go to 'admin > webserver configure > Multiple PHP Install'. It's work for all webserver with exception for Apache where need 'PHP Type (for Apache)' as php-fpm or proxy_fcgi
